In a fast-paced world filled with stress and constant distractions, finding peace and physical well-being has become increasingly important.

A regular yoga practice offers a multitude of benefits that encompass physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From improved flexibility, strength, focus and concentration to reduced stress and enhanced self-awareness, yoga has something to offer everyone.  With patience, consistency, and guidance, anyone can practice yoga, regardless of age or fitness level. The Trust Yoga classes offered each Wednesday at 5.30pm cater to all abilities from beginners to experienced yogi’s, offering modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of flexibility and strength.

  • Pay as you go
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
  • Bring water to stay hydrated
  • Yoga mats and blocks are provided but if you would prefer to bring your own equipment then that’s fine
  • Listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard
