A reminder that colleagues are invited to help shape a new five-year plan to deliver health and social care across West Yorkshire.

With the passing of the Health and Care Act 2022, all integrated care systems such as the The West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership http://www.wypartnership.co.uk/  of which we are a member -  must have a refreshed plan for healthcare delivery.
