As we head into the last month of the Staff Survey period, congratulations to BLOSM Service Lead, Alistair Christie, who has won an extra day's annual leave just for taking the time to complete his.

Alistair said: "I felt it was important to complete the staff survey to provide feedback on my own experiences within my role and more broadly about working for CHFT. It provides a great opportunity to share my thoughts and feelings on a range of issues.

"I have encouraged others within the BLOSM Service to complete the Staff Survey, to give them an opportunity to share their own experiences and feedback on anything they feel could be improved.

"If you're on the fence about completing the survey, I would encourage you to take a few minutes to do it. Your feedback helps to build an accurate picture of what it is like to work at CHFT."

Opt-in to win!

• The survey takes roughly 10 minutes to complete and is 100% anonymous.
• Everyone who completes it will be asked if they want to opt in to the weekly draw to win a shopping voucher. 
• Names go into a weekly raffle which is managed directly by our survey provider IQVIA. If your name isn't selected, you'll remain in the draws for the following weeks, so the earlier you complete your survey the more chances you have to win. 
• Look for your reminder email which will come tomorrow (Tuesday, 3rd November). 
• IQVIA has a helpline open from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Colleagues can either email helpline-qh@iqvia.com or call their freephone number on 0800 783 1775 - you can ask them any questions you have about how the staff survey is managed.
