As part of World Antibiotic Awareness Week, which runs between Wednesday, 18th November and Tuesday, 24th November, Future NHS AMR workspace and NHS England have organised a free webinar for nurses on antimicrobial stewardship.

Our Trust Lead for Antimicrobial Stewardship, Vivek Nayak, said: "Nurses are an integral part of IPC and Antimicrobial stewardship. This is a golden opportunity to enhance their knowledge of AMR at no extra cost."

In the interactive workshop, topics will include antibiotic fundamentals, essential microbiology, and practical ways nurses can apply AMS principles to improve patient care and help preserve antibiotics for future generations.
