It’s Colleague Appreciation Week, and to celebrate, a new Shout-Out Portal is now available on the People Knowledge Hub.

Colleague Appreciation Week is a chance to recognise, thank and celebrate the everyday contributions of our colleagues across the Trust.

You may have been meaning to share a thank you to a colleague. Have you worked on a project with someone who has made a difference? Or it may be that someone has been a listening ear when you needed it.

So, whether someone has made you a coffee, covered your shift, offered support, or simply brightened your day, send them a shout-out to let them know they're appreciated.

Big or small, every act of kindness matters.
