We are seeing an increase in respiratory infections in local communities and within our hospitals, including amongst colleagues. If you work on Ward 12, The MacMillan Unit, Greenlea Unit, NICU or in the Community caring for immunocompromised / palliative care patients, and you have symptoms, please follow the Covid 19 and Respiratory Illness Action Cards on the Strategies and Resources page of the People Knowledge Hub.

All colleagues are asked to follow the Infectious Respiratory Diseases SOP when caring for patients. See the Covid or Influenza sections of the Infection Prevention and Control pages of the intranet. 

Masks are available at all entrances for visitors or others coming to our hospitals.
