From Monday, 26th October, all access to the Endoscopy Department will be through the external entrance, which can be accessed through the Hospital Service Entrance car park (off Dudwell Lane). There is no access to the department from within the main hospital building.

Previously, patients could enter the department using Lift 4. However, to maintain privacy and dignity in theatres, colleagues must not give access to the Endoscopy department through this entrance.

There are two dedicated Blue Badge spaces for Endoscopy patients which are located outside the department. Please can colleagues keep these available for Endoscopy patients.
