Airedale NHS Foundation Trust will be going live with EPR in the middle of October. As we and Bradford Teaching Hospitals share the same system, we need to switch off our data feed into KP+ reporting system for two dates, beginning this Friday, 9th October at 22:00.

If you use KP+ as a live system, such as Live Assessments on wards, in the Command Centre, or on the Acute Floor, please revisit your Business Continuity Programme to format a plan for the periods of KP+ downtime.

If your reports update daily, there may be a slight delay based on the dates below.

There will be no impact on our systems, such as EPR, and all systems will remain available. The work is being done at the weekend and overnight to the minimise impact on services and colleagues.

Dates that KP+ will be unavailable:

• Between 22:00 on Friday, 9th October and 18:00 on Saturday, 10th October
• Between 16:00 on Thursday, 15th October and 06:00 on Friday, 16th October

Please note: The timings are estimated and will depend on the Airedale cutover plan being on time. Any material changes to this will be communicated with users.
