The annual NHS Staff Survey is now live, and colleagues should get an email today inviting them to complete theirs. And this year, colleagues could be in with a chance of winning one of four prizes of an extra day’s extra annual leave, or a shopping voucher, just for sharing their views, with our survey provider drawing the winners to retain confidentiality.

Senior Head of Service and Organisational Development’s James Teal said: “The survey is anonymous and usually takes around 15 minutes to complete. While all NHS staff across the country can take part, by completing it you have your own opportunity to share with us what’s working well and what you would like to see be improved here at CHFT. Responses are 100% confidential and your feedback is valued.”

Everyone who completes the staff survey will be asked if they want to opt in to the weekly draw. Names will then go into a weekly raffle which is managed directly by our survey provider IQVIA. If your name isn't selected, you'll remain in the draws for the following weeks, so the earlier you complete your survey the more chances you have to win. The annual leave prizes will be won by lucky colleagues in the first four weeks of the survey period.

• IQVIA will also be running a helpline, open from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.  Colleagues can either email helpline-qh@iqvia.com or call their freephone number on 0800 783 1775 - you can ask them any questions you have regarding how the staff survey is managed

Once we have the survey results early next year, each division will review the feedback and develop plans to continue to make CHFT a great place to work.
