- The policy now includes guidance on exclusions for pelvic adnexal procedures and confirmation under anaesthesia, with added clarification on verification requirements and associated hard-stop processes.
- Rewrite of the whole risk management policy due to change in Trust governance structure and revision of the Trust Risk Strategy
- Clearer linkage between MCA Principles 1 (Presumption of Capacity) and 2 (Support to Make a Decision)
