There are just two weeks left to get your tickets for the Maternity Bereavement Appeal Ball being held on Saturday, 26th September at The Moorlands Inn, Ogden. The ball will bring people together for a special evening of music, celebration and delicious food, all in aid of our Maternity Bereavement Appeal.

Part of the exciting line up of entertainment is Holmfirth based band Sass and The Groove (pictured). Renowned for their energetic performances, exceptional music, and ability to get any crowd on the dance floor, they are a feature at many local events. 

Lead singer, Sarah Dyson, told us why they wanted to support: "Sass and The Groove always endeavour to perform at a number of charity events across the year and when the opportunity arose for this one it was a no brainer. Having two young children ourselves and understanding the complexity that the maternity team within hospital have to deal with on a day to day basis it was a charity that felt really close to our hearts.

"We cannot wait to be part of this amazing event and really hope that it will be way to spread some joy and love whilst raising funds for an amazing cause."
