We will be carrying out an upgrade to the main switchboard telephone number at HRI on Thursday, 13th August starting at 19:00. The work is expected to take around 10 minutes.

What you need to know:

• The system is not going offline. Calls will be automatically forwarded to our backup system during the migration.
   
• Slight delays: Calls are being forwarded so it may take slightly longer than usual to connect during this 10-minute window.
   
• Unaffected services: Crash calls, bleeps, fire alarms, dialling out, and all internal/cross-site calls will continue to work exactly as normal.

In the unlikely event that you cannot get through to the main switchboard when dialling '0' during this brief period, please dial 5736.
