• Statement added in section 7- Decisions about holding patient property that all valuables placed in Trust safekeeping must be taken to general office and not stored in drug cupboards or similar on the ward.
• Updated incident reporting from Datix to InPhase.

Diagnostic Use of X-rays and Radiopharmaceuticals Policy

• Document revised to be a more instructive manual following advice and recommendation at the Nuclear Medicine CQC inspection March 2026.
