It’s a pleasure to share that we have appointed Jane English as Director of Workforce and Organisational Development to our Executive Board.

Jane will start with us in October and brings over 25 years’ experience from the rail sector, and most recently with Sheffield City Council as their Director of People and Organisational Culture.

Chief Executive, Rob Aitchison, said: "From meeting Jane, it is clear her focus is on people, putting colleagues at the heart of everything, which for me echoes our values and One Culture of Care. I am sure you will join me in giving Jane a warm welcome when she starts in post."

Ahead of starting at CHFT, Jane told us: "Taking on this role is both a privilege and an exciting opportunity. Having spent my career working to support people, strengthen organisations and improve outcomes for communities I’m excited to join an organisation with people at its heart, one that is ambitious for both its communities and its workforce.”
