People who have been affected by cancer are invited to complete a survey gathering views on receiving cancer treatment away from hospital. The survey is for people who been either directly or indirectly affected by cancer. 

The work forms part of a wider Non-surgical Oncology (NSO) partnership programme between CHFT and Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust (MYTT). As part of the partnership, we are working together to look at new ways to deliver some forms of cancer treatment away from hospital.
