Following the launch of our TIME programme last month, the next engagement session takes place this coming Thursday, 23rd July 2026 for colleagues to come along, get involved and share their ideas.

The programme, called TIME, stands for Transform, Improve, Maximise and Enable. It explores how the Trust can make greater use of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and intelligent automation, to support colleagues in their day-to-day work. The programme is designed to help colleagues save time and release more time to care for patients.
