For patients with complex discharge plans who are expected to be discharged on or after Tuesday, 21st July:

  • Please do not add any new information into the DEPART discharge summary before go-live, as the information may not move over.
  • Any new information should be added after 06:00 on Tuesday, 21st July within the new discharge workflow.
