You may have spotted colleagues from our Workforce and Organisational Development team out and about last week, as they were raising awareness of the latest Quarterly NHS People Pulse Survey. The team have been encouraging colleagues to take part in the latest survey, which also features some extra questions about the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare.

The survey gives colleagues the opportunity to share their experiences of working at CHFT, and is your chance to tell us what’s working well and where we can improve. Your responses help us improve colleague experience, wellbeing, and how we work together.
