Consent to Examination or Treatment Policy
- Updated following inputs from Safeguarding team, Head of Legal, new E-consent process and updated reference links.
Interventional Procedures Policy
- PSQBs to inform Deputy Medical Director (Quality and Safety) of any new interventional procedures and include in their report to Quality Committee.
