A planned security upgrade to the Imprivata Tap & Go service will take place on Tuesday, 7th July 2026 beginning at 09:30.

This upgrade will take approximately three hours and is essential to address recently identified high and critical security vulnerabilities. Throughout the upgrade THIS engineers will be actively monitoring the system to ensure the service is fully restored as quickly as possible.

Windows computers and Zebra devices will remain available during this time, however If you experience any issues following the upgrade, please contact The Service Desk for support.
