CHFT colleagues are being invited to take part in a colleague wellbeing workshop next Monday 13 July and have their say on how the Trust can better support colleague health, wellbeing and experience.

The interactive session, led by the Workforce and Organisational Development team, is an opportunity for colleagues to share their experiences, discuss the challenges they face and help identify the actions that would make the biggest difference to wellbeing across the Trust.

The workshop will explore feedback from previous engagement activity, review the current sickness absence picture and, most importantly, hear directly from colleagues about what is working well and where improvements are needed.

Participants will also contribute to discussions on where the Trust can have the greatest impact on colleague wellbeing and take part in a prioritisation exercise to help shape future wellbeing plans and initiatives.

Whether you have ideas for improvement, examples of good practice to share or simply want your voice to be heard, this workshop is your chance to influence the wellbeing agenda and help create a healthier, more supportive workplace for everyone.

Location: HRI Learning Centre Forum Rooms 1a and 1b
Date and time: Monday 13th July 2pm to 4pm

To sign up, email: odteam@cht.nhs.uk.

Your feedback will help inform the next steps in our ongoing commitment to improving colleague wellbeing across CHFT.
