As part of our work to improve how colleagues access people‑related information and support, today we've launched HR Assist, our new virtual people assistant chatbot. HR Assist is available 24/7 to help colleagues and managers find quick answers to our most commonly asked questions.

You’ll find HR Assist on our refreshed intranet pages, which have also been renamed as the People Knowledge Hub. It’s our easy‑to‑navigate space for all people‑related guidance, policies, tools and support, designed around the colleague journey to help managers and colleagues quickly find reliable information whenever they need it.

How to use HR Assist

You’ll find HR Assist on all pages in the People Knowledge Hub. See the main image. Just click it to open and type your question. It has been programmed with all the common questions our HR Teams receive, so you can get the information you need more quickly and without waiting for an email reply.

We’ve been working with colleagues from right across the Trust to test HR Assist and the new pages. Feedback includes:
