There are some important updates to InPhase for colleagues to be aware of. Further information is in the document below, which will also be available on the InPhase Updates intranet page. 

Changes already made include:

  • New addition to incident subcategories - for incidents where patients are incorrectly recorded as deceased.
  • New incident questions for enhanced care under the 'Please Categorise the Incident' section.

Changes which will be made in the week commencing Monday, 22nd June are the addition of new incident questions which include:

  • Patient/Visitor RIDDOR questions (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations)
  • Changed Patient Level of Harm questions

There will also be a new Notification for the Risk module of InPhase, from Monday, 22nd June. Risk leads will now receive a notification when their risk is approaching or past the Target Date for Risk Mitigation.
