NACEL, the National Audit of Care at the End of Life, is an audit which aims to improve end of life care across the UK. The data collected from the annual survey is a valuable element of NACEL. Colleague feedback is invaluable and will play a crucial role in enhancing hospital care across England, Wales and Jersey.

Palliative Medicine Consultant, Peter Westwood, said: "I have completed the survey because I wanted to share my experiences and help improve end-of-life care for patients, families and staff here at CHFT. It is a chance to highlight what is working well, what could be improved and what support you need to be able to deliver excellent end-of-life-care for your patients. It only takes a few minutes so please complete it today."

The survey should take around five to 10 minutes to complete. It is for colleagues who care for dying patients within a hospital setting.
