The Hospital Palliative Care Team have taken the difficult decision to suspend their weekend and bank holiday service due to staffing issues. 

• If you need advice during a weekend or bank holiday, please create an Out of Hours task on the ART OOH task system for a review.
• For urgent, complex advice, the Regional Specialist Palliative care consultant on call can be contacted via switchboard.
