Last Wednesday, 29th April, the Organisational Development Team took to the road for their latest colleague Wellbeing Festival.
Thank you to colleagues who came along - from frontline colleagues to support teams - the team were out at CRH and HRI giving advice and signposting to support on a wide range of topics, including menopause, financial support, mental and physical wellbeing and bereavement.
The team were also joined by Macmillian Cancer Support Services, with help available for colleagues affected by cancer or who may be looking after a family member or a friend.
The Smoking Cessation team also came to HRI about advice to become nicotine free, with an engaging display about the internal effect that smoking has.
Organisational Development and ED&I Coordinator, Georgia Parsonage, said: "We wanted to enable discussions with colleagues in a safe space, connect people to the support they need quickly and provide access to resources that educate and put into practice wellbeing habits with self-care at the heart. Look out for information about our next Wellbeing Festival which will be in October."
