It’s time to seek a new Women’s Voices Network Chair, as Medical Secretary Team Leader, Tegan Joseph, is stepping down from the role.

Head of Organisational Development, James Teal, said: “Tegan has done an absolutely fantastic job chairing the network since 2024, and running hugely successful events like the recent gathering in March for International Women’s Day. We really can’t thank her enough for her continued contribution.”

Tegan added: “I would strongly encourage anyone considering the role to go for it. It’s a great opportunity to support an important space for colleagues.”

As Network Chair, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference. You’ll help raise women’s voices, support ideas that matter and shape activities that benefit others across the organisation. You’ll meet new people, build strong connections and work with senior leaders, all while growing your confidence and leadership skills. It’s a friendly, supportive role where you can learn, contribute and feel proud of the impact you make.
