Emma said: "A friend sent me a message that simply said 'congratulations', so I messaged back asking if she'd sent the message to the wrong person, she replied: 'No! You've won the staff lottery jackpot prize!"

"I was so shocked! I've been playing the staff lottery for about 15 years now and have never won anything like this before. I was so excited, I immediately called my husband to tell him the good news.

"We have a special holiday to St Lucia planned for June/July to celebrate my 50th birthday, our boys leaving high school and it will also be my husband's birthday while we are there - so the money will go towards trips and days out on the holiday."

May is the last month for any new joiners to the Staff Lottery to be in with a chance of winning November's £5,000 jackpot prize. Anyone joining after May won't have been playing the Staff Lottery long enough to be entered into the draw this year.
