Our Legal Services Team work hard to keep CHFT safe, providing specialist advice and support to on a broad range of legal matters. And now, in a bid to support colleagues even further, they’ve launched their own dedicated Legal Services Information Hub on the intranet.

Head of Legal Services, Sarah Mather, said: “Our team’s role is to protect CHFT’s legal interests, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and very importantly we support colleagues navigating complex legal issues that arise in the course of delivering patient care.

“I’m excited that we’re able to provide resources, support and guidance in one place for colleagues. We understand that legal processes can sometimes feel overwhelming, but that’s why we’re here - to support our colleagues along the way.
