Our Agenda for Change appraisal season runs to Tuesday, 30th June.

It's your opportunity to have an honest, open, two-way conversation, where you can celebrate your impact, successes, discuss objectives and explore development opportunities.

It also offers a further opportunity for a check-in on colleague wellbeing, where any support needed can be signposted.

Please be aware that if you are due to go up a pay scale for incremental progression and cannot complete your patient-facing Tier 2 training due to lack of space, this will not affect your increment at your appraisal.
