Our Pharmacy Led Safari Discharge has been in the national spotlight again recently. Our Deputy Clinical Director of Pharmacy, Katherine Cullen is pictured presenting an update on the service to a packed audience at the biggest annual pharmacy conference in the UK - the Clinical Pharmacy Congress at the London Excel.

Katherine said: "There was a lot of interest from across the country from others who would like to implement the same model.

"We were also excited to learn that Pharmacy Led Safari Discharge has featured as a case study in the latest NHS England guidance on "Optimising discharge medication to improve patient flow".

"CHFT once again leading the way nationally!"
