Please be advised that essential telephony maintenance will take place on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 between 13:00 and 16:00.

During this time you will not be able to dial internal extension numbers at the opposite site. As a workaround please dial the full direct dial including the dialling code with the below guidance:

For CRH dial: 01422 22 before the last 4 digits/extension number
For HRI dial: 01484 34 or 01484 35 before the last 4 digits/extension number
For CRH Switchboard dial: 01422 357171
For HRI Switchboard dial: 01484 34 2000

All emergency numbers will remain unaffected, and dialling internally within the same site will also remain unaffected.

Only callers attempting to dial internally across site using the 791-xxxx or 15-xxxx prefixes will need to dial the full number during this time.
