Next Tuesday, 21st April, our current CHFT staff app will be decommissioned. We know that around 500 colleagues use the app every month, so they will still have access to ESR, NHS emails and vacancies until we launch the new app in early June.

We'll be launching a fresh new app in June and are asking colleagues to share what work related content they'd want to see when they are out and about.

The app is provided free of charge by Ark, who already work with more than 60 NHS Trusts and other public service providers. It gives colleagues the opportunity to get work information on the go, including access to ESR, email, CHFT News, CHFT Live and The Week. There are also links to work perks, information on vacancies, plus much more.

It doesn't matter if you don't have the current app. We're just keen to know what colleagues would want to see on an app away from work. We'll also be able to add new content once the app has launched.

We'll share more information on how to download the new app next month ahead of the relaunch, so watch this space.
