Each year we review our progress against our 5-Year plan and refresh our objectives for the year ahead.
Our goals for the coming year are linked to four key headings:

- Financial, economic and environmental sustainability
In 2026 / 2027 our goals, outlined in a plan on a page, include opening the new multi-storey car park at CRH, implementing the actions from our CQC Well Led assessment, improving colleague engagement by fostering a culture of recognition, voice, and meaningful development, and delivering the NHSE approved financial plan.
