Our construction partner for the new hospital building at CRH, Laing O'Rourke (LOR), have been building smiles in our Children and Young People’s services over Easter.

In support of the CHFT Charity Ray of Sunshine Campaign, LOR donated nearly 120 Easter eggs to the Play Team. 

Fundraising and Engagement Assistant, Nina Ritchie (pictured with the Play Team), said: “CHFT Charity are incredibly grateful to Laing O’Rourke for their generous donation of almost 120 Easter treats for our hospitals. These thoughtful gifts have been shared across our Children and Young People’s services, including Paediatric A&E and our Community Nursing Team, who helped distribute them to children across our communities this Easter.

"These small acts of kindness bring comfort, joy and a much-needed smile to our young patients and their families. Thank you for helping to make a difference when it matters most.”
