Colleagues are invited to participate in the latest quarterly NHS People Pulse survey, which feature some in-depth quarterly Employee Engagement questions.
This quarter the questions focus on having regular Health and Wellbeing conversations.
There are also questions on how colleagues currently travel to and from work. Since the last time these questions were used, results have supported discussions with bus operators and national transport bodies, as well as highlighting local improvements that can be made to support colleagues wanting to travel more sustainably. Your ongoing feedback supports further formulation of national policy and the provision of appropriate support to improve the range of travel options and support available for our NHS people, in line with the People Promise element ‘We are safe and healthy’.
Our One Culture of Care means having the opportunity to consistently hear from each of you, from our ward-based colleagues to our IT support engineers on what’s working well and what’s not working so well.
