Here is a brief description of recent policy changes. Please make yourself aware of the changes, as they may also impact training requirements.

Policies that have been added, updated or renewed within the last 30 days are all stored on the Recent Updates page of the Policies and Documents library. So you can find these documents there or search from the homepage.

The Central Alerting System Policy has been updated. 

• The changes reflect the process of issuing CAS alerts to the Trust Alerts Lead. All action owners, along with the action plan, are to be sent back to the CAS Liaison Officer within seven days of receiving the alert from the Risk Management Team.
• All FSA/FSNs received in pathology to be emailed to the Trust CAS Liaison Officer in the Risk Management Team.
