As part of our partnership with RLDatix (Allocate) systems we are required to upgrade our Healthroster Suite of products. This has been planned during out-of-hours to minimise the impact on Operational Staff Management.

The upgrade is scheduled to take place on Monday, 23rd March 2026 between 21:00 and 00:00.

During this time colleagues will not be able to access:

  • Allocate Optima (Healthroster)
  • Allocate Activity Manager
  • Allocate Safe Care
  • Allocate LOOP
  • Allocate Roster Perform
  • Allocate Bank Staff | Planner

This upgrade is an essential piece of work to ensure the Trust has access to the most efficient functionality available from Allocate. This will increase resilience, speed and improve functionality throughout the Healthroster suite of products.

A full system back-up of rostered shifts will be available for your reference if required.

Please ensure night staff are marked as attended and any staff redeployment is carried out in advance of the system downtime.
