Congratulations to our latest Empower graduates who celebrated their achievements last week, having made a network of new friends and contacts along the way, as well as supporting their own personal development.

The Empower Programme is for any colleague with an interest in investing time in their self-development. The inclusive programme is designed to help colleagues grow to empower themselves to make a difference in their roles and community, as well as unlocking talent within the Trust.

One of our graduates, Digital Clinical Educator Ruth Brennan, said: “Thank you to all the amazing people who were on the course including the facilitators. What a wonderful experience to be with so many people who were ready to learn more about themselves and the potential they have and bring every day. You are all amazing and I feel privileged to be alongside you on your journey and beyond.”
