Here's Junior Project Manager, Donna Ferrier, who has been appointed as the new Chair of our Disability and Long-Term Health Condition Network.

Donna is passionate about ensuring colleagues with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, represented and heard across our organisation. As she begins her new role, Donna is keen to connect with as many colleagues as possible to understand how we can continue to improve the colleague experience within this community.

She said: "Having personal experience of living with these challenges, I am passionate about making a real, tangible difference for my colleagues. I believe in working together to build a welcoming and compassionate community, where everyone feels valued and heard. By truly listening to what matters most, I aim to support CHFT in creating an environment where people can thrive and I’d love to hear from you!”
