Updated:
- Review of Waste Water disposal.
- Comments provided by Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
- Changes made to reflect current statutory requirements under the Care Act 2014 and associated statutory guidance.
- Aligned with the Care Quality Commission’s definition of safeguarding, the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal, and contemporary practice expectations including a person-centred, outcomes-focused and rights-based approach.

Management and Prevention of Violence and Aggression (Adults) Behaviour Policy
Various amendments plus, added considerations to reasonable adjustments to patients with LD, neurodivergent factors and complex needs. Added community environmental risk factors and managing violence and aggression in patients with learning disabilities and autism.
