An essential upgrade of the Cisco Secure Client (AnyConnectVPN) is to be carried out to make sure CHFT is working with the most recent version of software.

This upgrade will take place on Tuesday 3rd, and Wednesday 4th, March (or the next time after these dates that you use VPN to connect).

When you connect to Cisco this notification will pop up: “A new version is being downloaded”

It will take around two minutes and once the download is complete you can continue to use the service as usual.
