Colleagues will have seen work progressing in our CRH car parks to get ready for the construction of our new clinical building which is due to start later this year.
In the last week, the former priority parking area in the A&E car park, now has permanent welfare cabins for our Heffernan’s Utilities colleagues, and temporary services have been installed which support the work that is due to start, such as drilling.
Over the weekend, there was line painting in the A&E car park which is to redirect ambulances during the work, as some additional car parking has been closed off from today.
Thank you to colleagues for continuing to leave spaces free for our patients and their visitors, using the other ways to get to CRH. Information about the Park and Ride service, Shuttle Bus, and public transport options can be found on the intranet: Car parking, Park and Ride, shuttle bus and public transport
If you are coming to site as a priority permit holder, or on call, please park in marked bays only to allow essential deliveries to be able to get through.
