It's time to share the best of everything happening across CHFT, as nominations for our 2026 CHuFT Awards have opened today. So it's time to get thinking about where colleagues or teams have been brilliant and made a difference for our patients or our colleagues.

Our categories this year are: Go See, Digital Champion, Must Dos, Compassionate Leader, Putting People First, Work Together to Get Results, One Culture of Care and new for 2026 - Excellence in Support Services.

Our dedicated Awards website has lots of tips and advice for writing a good nomination, and you can even start a nomination and save it - just in case you need to go back to it.

This week's CHFT Live on Wednesday at 13:00, will also feature Organisational Development Practitioner, Frances Dowson, and Senior Clinical Educator for AHPs, Arley Byrne, who was on the Must Dos shortlisting panel last year. Watch for the email reminder on Wednesday, or catch up afterwards on the intranet.

And for those of you wondering, golden tickets will be available again this year, with the ballot opening in late April, so watch this space.

The awards evening will be back at the Arches, Dean Clough, on Thursday, 2nd July. You could be the reason a colleague or team are at the Awards, like last year's winners, pictured.

Look out for lots more information on the Awards in the coming weeks. You can also nominate through the intranet, look for the button on the right-hand side of the homepage.
