There are two IT upgrades coming this month. We are sharing the dates with colleagues now, and further detailed information will be in CHFT News next week.

Critical Bleep upgrade at CRH – Wednesday 11 February

The bleep system at CRH will undergo a planned server upgrade between 10:00 and 14:00 on Wednesday, 11th February. This essential update will modernise the emergency bleep paging system used by clinical staff, improving long‑term resilience and system integrity. 

ICE upgrade – Sunday 22 February

The ICE system links GP practices directly to our laboratories. A planned 12-hour upgrade will take place on Sunday, 22nd February and we will be sharing more detailed plans with colleagues and GP practices next week.
