There are examples of fantastic work happening across CHFT, and so it's that time again to get your thinking caps on for which colleague or team you could nominate for our 2026 CHuFT Awards. 

The Award categories are:

• Work Together to Get Results 
• One Culture of Care 

Assistant Director of HR, Workforce and Organisational Development, Nikki Hosty, said: "Last year we had 420 fantastic nominations, celebrating so much great work of colleagues and teams across CHFT. But we didn't just celebrate our winners, every colleague or team nominated was given a copy of their nomination, as well as a pin badge or plaque. 

"We consistently see how much excellent work is happening across the Trust, through talking to colleagues, to what we see week in week out in comms and social media. The Awards give colleagues and teams recognition, and it would be good to see more than 400 nominations again!"

Nominations will open in early February, with the Awards being held in July. The CHuFT Awards website will be updated with all the dates you need to know very soon.
