The Royal College of Pathologists carry out an annual survey for all laboratory users to assess the level of satisfaction that our laboratory service provides for its users, and our Pathology Team are seeking the views of their users.

The core of the survey is just one screen of simple questions with tick-box answers.  It is designed primarily to deliver a numeric Key Performance Indicator to assist commissioners and others to judge the quality of our service, and how it changes over time. 

Because the survey is so short, you also have the option to provide free text comments on how our service could be improved.

1. Please click on the link https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RCPathusersurvey and, when prompted, enter the password: RCPath*UserSurvey1 (the password is case sensitive)
2. Then enter the laboratory code A417 (4 digits) so that the level of satisfaction delivered by our laboratory can be identified and compared to the performance of other laboratories.
