Children's Therapies has an open referral policy, meaning that a child's parent / carer or any professional working with them can make a referral to one of our teams.  

Following feedback, a new digital referral form for the Children’s Therapies Team is now live and can be used with immediate effect - Children's Therapy Service Referral Form

The team will continue to accept referrals using the previous referral form until the end of January 2026. After this date, all referrals will need to be submitted using the new digital form.
