As part of ongoing improvements to our systems, and to enhance patient safety and efficiency, the “Priority Fup” button will be removed from EPR orders from this coming Wednesday, 7th January 2025.

This change is being made because the Priority flag does not feed through to the booking process and can create false reassurance. By removing it, we reduce the risk of miscommunication and can streamline workflows, saving time by eliminating an unnecessary click for every order placed by clinicians.
