In the third of our podcast series all about wellbeing, Clinical Operations Manager, Amy Shedden, has been talking about managing emotions. You can listen to the latest podcast here: Wellbeing Podcast: Managing Emotions with Amy

Anyone can give the free podcasts a listen, which are only around 15-20 minutes long.

All the topics covered have been suggested by colleagues and have practical tools and techniques you can use in your everyday role.

On the podcast Amy shares why she chose to cover this topic: "Emotions are multi-factorial, they are a part of everyday life and shape who you are as a person. I have been on a bit of an emotional journey over the last five years and I think by better recognising and understanding our emotions, both in and outside of work, we can ultimately make better decisions. Emotions are huge but I wanted to cover some small tips from my perspective about how we can be more aware of our emotions, especially in those high stress situations. I hope colleagues enjoy listening."
